About Wave Farm:

Wave Farm is a non-profit arts organization driven by experimentation with broadcast media and the airwaves. Wave Farm programs—Transmission Arts, WGXC-FM, and Media Arts Grants—provide access to transmission technologies and support artists and organizations that engage with media as an art form. Wave Farm’s WGXC 90.7-FM is a creative community radio station. Hands-on access and participation activate WGXC as a public platform for information, experimentation, and engagement. Over 100 volunteer programmers produce shows. Community programs include news and music produced by residents of Greene and Columbia counties in New York, as well as syndicated national programs produced by Pacifica. WGXC commits over 60 hours a week to transmission art and experimental sound. https://wavefarm.org/

Endless Sample Performance Re-braodcast 3pm - 4:30pm PST

This re-broadcast is of a performance that happened in a remote location between 5am and 6:30 am Saturday March 31.

Participants had a chance to be a part of and experience electronic music in the field and in tune with nature.  Each member of the audience had a unique opportunity to explore the surrounding desert landscape, while simultaneously influencing a sunrise performance by experimental musician CJ. Members of the audience, nature, celestial bodies and home built electronics came together to create an Endless Sample.
